JavaScript Automation Development Environment (JADE) Add-in Privacy Policy
I created the JADE add-in for Microsoft Excel to support a class I teach on Spreadsheet Automation. In developing it, I realized it would be useful to others, so I decided to make the add-in available to the public. Your privacy is very important to me. Accordingly, I have developed this policy so you can understand how I collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of information you provide in the course of using the add-in.
What Data I Collect and Store
I do not collect any personally-identifying information. Any code you write is your intellectual property and I have no interest in it. The add-in allows you to store your code in a workbook or access code from a Gist, but it does not communicate any information about that code back to the development team or any third party. Simply put, I do not collect or store anything.
I am committed to administering the add-in in accordance with these principles to ensure the privacy of add-in users.
